<p><span style="font-family: inherit;">找一個很認真的孩子，把日記打字，貼在每一個孩子的聯絡</span><wbr></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; font-family: inherit;"></span>簿上。今天回家功課讀一讀，把修辭和感覺畫線就好。</p>
<p>明天全部的孩子重寫一次，這個孩子不用寫。</p>

		<title>開學第一週，決定這一年！</title>

<p>↑我自己常用的空白聯絡簿，當成計畫本。<br />
把活動、研習、講座、特別要抽查的作業等等寫在上面，比較不會遺漏。</p>
<p>開學經過一週了，這一週，就是這一年的雛型。</p>
<p>這時候，最需要靜下心來，想想看，怎麼調整？</p>
<p>哪些需要調整？為了孩子和班級的快樂和幸福。</p>
<h3>一、課程進度：</h3>
<p>每週的進度大約多少？要稍微抓鬆一些，以免孩子心性不定，給彼此一些空間，會相處得更好。學生間的情緒衝突也會少些。</p>
<h3>二、作業和訂正：</h3>
<p>每週的作業種類和訂正方式，建議最好找到熟悉方法。例如，聯絡簿什麼時候抄寫？科任課什麼時間會有額外的作業，導師要自己調整一下當天的作業量，以免全部加總有些過多。</p>
<p>過多的作業，也會導致孩子習慣用敷衍和隨便來寫，最後總是兩敗俱傷。一項項解釋，讓孩子可以知道怎麼寫作業、怎麼訂正。</p>
<p>如果訂正需要花很長時間、很多孩子錯誤很多，表示上課效能不高，需要更換教法。如果很多孩子範的錯誤是迷思概念，也不宜一個一個叫過來訂正，需要全班一起檢討。</p>
<p>每個班級後面總有些比較慢飛的孩子，老師要個別找出學習困難的點，是因為偷懶，還是真的有困難，困難發生在哪？是上課沒有專心、之前概念不清楚？原本這學科方面就比較弱&#8230;&#8230;解決方法，需要請小老師協助？家長在家住意？提報鑑定？或是補救教學？如果老師做好安排和規劃，對於往後有緊急時刻壓力下，就可以對自己和對孩子有更好的對話品質。</p>
<p>老師批改作業的時間，老師每天的空堂是有限，除了授課、備課以外，還有大大小小的行政工作（像我就有研習場地佈置、活動佈置、科展、作文指導等）、還有許多要繳交的成果清單（像是環境教育、班級閱讀計畫、交通安全成果、讀報成果等等）、高年級還有突發的人際問題和小團體等等，所以對於每天在學校的空堂要謹慎使用，像是改作業的時間等。才不會造成自己壓力太大，沒有辦法發還簿冊，情緒緊張。</p>
<h3>三、新科任教師：</h3>
<p>新班級都有些新合作的科任教師，適時關心一下班級學習狀況，有些高年級孩子比較會欺負溫柔的新老師，則需要提點。學生學習狀況佳，融入課堂，也才會有良好的生活秩序。</p>
<h3>四、行政工作：</h3>
<p>行政工作要預先處理準備，凡事豫則立。我習慣在剛開學的時候就提早蒐集資料，準備成果，提前繳交。如果太多太雜，也可以在課程中規劃，讓孩子一起參與。像是研習場地佈置等，就可以融入美術，讓孩子觀察環境佈置的總類，對孩子來說也是一種學習，最後呈現出來，也很有成就感。</p>
<h3>五、大區塊、還有學校行事：</h3>
<p>學校的行事曆我一項習慣放入我自己的聯絡簿冊中。像是運動會需不需要活動進場、海報製作、學習成果展、班親會、法制宣導、食農教育6次、生命鬥士、教學觀摩、校慶預演、外師來訪都會動用到上課時間。在高年級沒有什麼導師時間、沒有彈性課的狀況下，如果可以適時調整課程進度、針對需要坐的活動提前思考，相信會更加游刃有餘的。</p>
<p>緊密的調整自己的狀態，相信這一年一定是非常愉快的一年！</p>
