<p>教室裡最重要的是「人」</p>
<p>最重要的事情是約了幾個家長見面^_^，尤其學習動機低落的孩子，背後都有好多故事。如果只有一昧的從學校拉拔，你會發現，其實效果都不大。</p>
<p>但，只要家長稍微推動一下，孩子的世界就會有很大的改變。</p>
<p><span style="font-family: inherit;">因此，開學初，班級裡，其他都先放著，我認真的看著每個孩子和家長，開</span><wbr></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; font-family: inherit;"></span><span style="font-family: inherit;">學前打過電話，聊過一會兒。開學初，每個孩子聯絡簿寫上</span><wbr></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; font-family: inherit;"></span>我看見他的優點。<span class="text_exposed_show" style="display: inline; font-family: inherit;"></p>
<p>然後，開始約每個家長到家裡坐坐或是約學校見面。</p>
<p><span style="font-family: inherit;">我總覺得，親眼看見每一個家長，比起簽名還要重要。當我</span><wbr></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; font-family: inherit;"></span><span style="font-family: inherit;">們多認識一個家長，同理教養的辛苦，本來低頭的家長也抬</span><wbr></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; font-family: inherit;"></span>起頭。</p>
<p><span style="font-family: inherit;">是啊！每個孩子本就不一樣，個性、習性，但家長不像我們</span><wbr></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; font-family: inherit;"></span><span style="font-family: inherit;">接觸這麼多心理學，且，就連我們自己，也都有教養的難題</span><wbr></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; font-family: inherit;"></span>要面對啊！</p>
<p><span style="font-family: inherit;">只有經由同理、成為真正的教育合夥人，討論出兩邊都可以</span><wbr></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; font-family: inherit;"></span>接受的方式，孩子面對親師同調，才會更好。</p>
<p><span style="font-family: inherit;">我喜歡具體的舉出孩子具體的進步、也喜歡替家長打打氣，</span><wbr></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; font-family: inherit;"></span>都來得及，我們一起。一起加油、一起合作。</p>

開始找幾個落後需要補救的孩子來談話，通常都會發現，這些孩子自我觀感都很低，對自己都相當沒有信心。</p>
<p>因此，我都會特意單獨聊聊、比馬龍效應。讓他知道老師很注意他。</p>
<p>訓練上課已經專注回答、功課每天訂正都清光光。</p>
<p>當然，冰凍三尺非一日之寒，之前會這樣不是家裡太寵、情緒起伏太大、受不了挫折。沒關係，老師等你。軟硬兼施、怎麼了？你說想要進步啊。那你冷靜一下，好了跟我說。</p></div>

孩子丟簿本、踹桌子、哭、瞪我⋯⋯但頻率有進步。我做的就是溫柔堅定的大人，然後提醒他對自己的承諾、想要變好的決心。</div>

十分鐘後，含著眼淚的他，又翻開自己慢慢算。我告訴他：有進步喔！現在發脾氣完知道還是要回來努力^_^很棒。趕快拿聯絡簿向媽媽增強一下，也別忘了謝謝用心的安親班老師。</div>

比較低落的孩子，給自己很多壓力，尤其是面對考試、題目。</p>
<p>因此，在學習之前，用其他遊戲、桌遊等，轉換學習風貌，讓孩子有興趣，不覺得在學習，也減輕學習壓力，會有更好的表現。</p>
<p>因數撲克牌心臟病</p></div>

上完因數，先讓孩子玩初階的遊戲，然後進入因數心臟病，尖叫聲此起彼落⋯⋯哈哈⋯⋯</div>

初階遊戲~拿掉13，四人一組，每人分12 張牌，梅花12先出，然後順時針。梅花十二出了，下一個只能出12的因數(1.2.3.4.6.12)，如果下一個出4，則只能出4的因數(1.2.4)。以此類推，沒有牌只能pass，最後沒有牌的人最贏，牌最多的最輸。</div>

先來看看結果，班上落後的孩子，從剛開始文字都寫不清楚，我常常要請他過來詢問到底寫了些甚麼。到現在一個學期，作文雖然錯字也不少，但已經可以寫了超過六百字的作文。</p>
<p>還充滿興趣。</p>
<p>我很驚訝的問：發生了什麼事。<br />
他說：我都有看書喔！</p>
<p>翻開他的閱讀護照，可以看見真的很踏實，連篇幅比較長的手斧男孩都閱讀完畢，還告訴我超級好看的。</p>

從每周的閱讀記錄可以看見，大多數的孩子拿的都是班上老師提供的書。原因有二，其一，班上的書籍比較好獲得，比起還要去圖書館在很多書架上尋找，方便許多。其二、其它同學推薦的書籍很多都是班上的書籍，自然而然，孩子會尋找同學介紹過的書籍。</div>

因此，班級中有書真的相對重要，如果需要共讀，不妨也先放在班上，過一陣子就有先行的閱讀者，可以當成導讀的孩子。&nbsp;</div>

中間經過二個多月的產假，等我回來發現一樣沒有偏廢，長久以來累積的能量相當可觀，緊灌一個學期只有讀二十本書，<span style="color: red;">兩年下來也有八十本書的差距啊</span>。</div>

同理，如果一個學期沒有推動，對孩子的影響也很可觀。</div>

觀察發現，閱讀量比較少的孩子，在語文、數學等表現真的都比較弱。相反的，<span style="color: red;">這段期間認真閱讀的孩子，儘管剛開始是落後的，學期末都成了黑馬。只有短短一個學期而已。</span></div>
