上了小六之後，漸漸發現小五數學重要性，當前面扎根得穩，後面就水到渠成、舉一反三。雖然學校活動許多、畢業相關活動也沒停過，但上完進度離畢業考還有兩個禮拜時間。</div>

要提前說的是，並沒有意思要先上進度，如果只是進度，卻沒有態度，那麼只是治標不治本。其實是希望在最後一段時間，讓孩子接觸一點國中課程，除了放心以外，也可以訓練他們自學的方法。</div>

最典型的故事是本班一個五年級成績不優秀的孩子，突然一陣子突飛猛進，現在是班上數學前幾名，翻開他的紀錄一看，原來每天在家裡偷偷使用，精熟點數破表。<span style="letter-spacing: -0.13px;">默默耕耘最後前幾名黑馬學生的資料，到150左右精熟的</span><wbr style="letter-spacing: -0.13px;"></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; letter-spacing: -0.13px;"></span><span style="letter-spacing: -0.13px;">時候，就前幾名了！</span>見圖)</div>

另外幾個以前比較弱的孩子，我請他們自己慢慢地從小一的課程開始做，小一很簡單，做來沒負擔。到現在也進步很多。大多卡在三四年級的概念。</div>

也因為這樣，我們也曾經拿過星空挑戰賽前幾名和個人獎，孩子很開心，還特定擬定戰略。對均一熟悉得不得了。</div>

前幾天，我就請打掃教室的學生先到新教室打掃完畢，想好動線，看好櫃子及空間，確定好老師的位置和放置班上物品的空間。</p>
<p><span style="background-color: yellow;">第二、老師平常東西要斷捨離。</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
老師自己的物品平常都維持在一定量，東西按照使用頻率放好。以我來說，我閉著眼睛就可以說出班上物品：</div>

<span style="background-color: white;">切記，千萬不要讓孩子搬完再來找你問要搬什麼。因為實際在搬的時候兵荒馬亂。孩子就是孩子，很容易翻倒、很容易搬到一半在玩，和同學起爭執等等。</span></div>

<span style="background-color: white;">因此，我通常都使用責任制。</span></div>

<span style="background-color: white;">不會損傷的書籍、教具等等，都可以交給弱小的孩子螞蟻搬豆。我會指定這櫃由哪兩個學生負責（大概來回要走五次左右的量），如此，<span style="color: lime;">其他</span>就全部完成。<span style="color: blue;">學生</span>自己的物品也自己負責，最後就只剩<span style="color: orange;">老師</span>的物品。</span></div>

<span style="background-color: white;">老師的物品也不用先整理，搬家很忙，如果先整理，到時候學生都等你一個，<span style="color: red;">最好就是先全</span></span></div>

<span style="background-color: white;"><span style="color: red;">部搬過去，再慢慢整理。到時候也比較不會發生東西遺失的事情。</span><br /></span></div>

<span style="background-color: white;">然後老師的東西因為比較凌亂且重要，因此，其他學生都責任制，留五個比較細心且會做事的孩子在身邊，搬完再回來，算是臨時機動組。</span></div>

<span style="background-color: white;">還有要注意的是，請學生搬過去要秉持一個原則：<span style="color: red;">在教室哪裡搬過去、怎麼排列，搬過去也要維持一定的相對位置。</span></span></div>

<p>過程中，可以看見有些比較少在家裡做事的孩子，搬國語日報櫃的時候，為了搬三層櫃，整個櫃子的報紙都散亂在地上，然後搬完櫃子，再慢慢整理ＸＤ</p>
<p>老師給予幾個問題讓他思考，其實可以先把報紙依序放在自己的籃子中，搬完櫃子再拿報紙過去，完全不用再整理一次。報紙也不用放在地上沾灰塵啊！</p>

<p>雖然是小小的搬教室，但老師的心裡就像是攝影機一樣，都記得每個學生的努力和偷懶，像這次有一個孩子比較偷懶，接下來每天的臨時公務，都會請他出馬。</p>
<p>孩子學習到有始有終，謹慎做事。多出來的時間，可以有更多的活動。小小的搬教室，也是教育啊！</p>

為什麼要一個禮拜完成三篇作文？</p>
<p>當然是有原因的。</p>
<p>如果可以，當然可以慢慢書寫、配合課文發想、慢慢引導。</p>
<p>只是，開學一個月時，我已經帶學生完成一篇作文。<br />
但，之後緊接著的產假，不敢太麻煩代課老師，等到我回來之後，已經是二個多月之後了。</p>
<p>進度較慢，加上這班孩子之前國數都比較弱，需要補救加強的孩子比較多。</p>
<p>因此，我回來上班之後，先加強奠基數學的基礎，並調整學習態度，等到我發現的時候，<span style="color: red;">離作文檢閱已經只剩一個禮拜了。</span></p>
<p>但，我實在不想讓孩子隨隨便便書寫就過去，因此，我選了三種方法，<span style="color: red;">一個禮拜就輕輕鬆鬆交出三篇作文，孩子也寫得相當有成就感</span>，一直覺得自己很會寫啊！</p>
<p>簡單來說，可以在短時間內孩子比較輕鬆寫的文章有下列幾項：</p>
<p><span style="background-color: yellow;">第一、孩子有感才有辦法書寫，所以可以選擇有活動過、孩子已經有體驗過的題目</span><br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 所以像這次德國志工來訪，孩子跟著做過活動，有深深體驗，就有源源不絕的材料和感受可以書寫，就是一個好題目。</p>
<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 其它像是運動會、校外教學。但不宜每年都寫一樣的題目，像是校外教學，第一次三年級可以簡單寫出事件的過程，之後就可以用小記者報導文學、倒敘法、童詩等等不同文體，讓孩子學習不同的寫作方式。</p>
<p>
<span style="background-color: yellow;">第二、整理類的文體</span><br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 長時間的學期經過，很適合重新沉澱回顧，讓孩子有自省的能力，所以整理類、回顧的文章題目也很適合期末書寫。</p>
<p><span style="background-color: yellow;">第三、幻想式的文章</span><br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 我總覺得我們的教育裡，太少幻想、創意、想像力。有時候請孩子自我發揮，孩子都怕怕的不敢嘗試，因此，幻想式的文章沒有邊界的亂想，只有老師全然接受的文類，孩子也會很喜歡喔！</p>
<p><span style="background-color: yellow;">第四、童詩、日記等</span><br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 應用文類的文體孩子比較熟悉，但童詩雖然沒有比較好寫也要看老師的引導功力，但字數比較少，孩子的抗拒也比較少，可以試試。</p>

<p>因為有體驗、有照片，孩子很快就下筆神助。</p>
<p>開學時已經常時間讓孩子注意隨時要加入感覺，因此，重點在於把感受寫出來。</p>

這一次，決定問問孩子以後想從事什麼職業，<br />
當孩子對未來有了想望之後，<br />
老師面對各項學習，可以連結他的夢想，<br />
增加他學習的動機。</p>
<p>例如：美髮師也需要懂得一點數學比例、才能調配出適當的藥劑染髮等。<br />

<span style="color: red;">一、比較高層次的孩子都是扎根閱讀、感情濃厚的孩子</span>，不怕寫，慢慢耕耘出好作品。</div>

<span style="color: red;">二、程度好但寫作不太要求的孩子，大都是去安親班的孩子。</span>常聽他們說安親班有大量的作業和考卷等待書寫，所以對書寫反感，常常是有寫到老師規定的字數就停止了，也不願意多想多寫多發揮。真的很可惜。這學期先口頭鼓勵，下學期要再多指導和要求、引發動機，希望他們可以精益求精。</div>

<span style="color: red;">三、低成就的孩子都進步很多</span>，至少整篇都有完成，甚至超過六百個字。下學期這幾個從部件和大量閱讀入手，可以更有效提升寫字和文字表達。</div>

不過還是希望讓孩子有權利和自由選擇自己想要和朋友分開的方式，</div>

最後孩子討論出來的是：營養午餐、水球大戰、同樂會。<br />
對於水球，每屆孩子都很喜歡，但老師都有點擔心，哈！<br />
一來因為危險性較高、二來是因為夏天有時候會缺水，水球總會讓人有些擔心浪費水支援之虞。</p>
<p>因應這樣的考量，因此，如果真的缺水，就會在期末大掃除一併實施，或是到廁所一邊打掃一邊進行。<br />
後來，老師也變聰明，因為水求比較危險，有時候裝太小顆，硬度太大，打到孩子身上會很痛有不會破。<br />
就怕失手打到頭或是比較脆弱的地方。</p>
<p>因此，就開放水桶、水舀、水槍進行。<br /> 且認真進行，一節課孩子就覺得很累的，哈哈～其實仔細觀察也用不了多少水資源。</p>
<p>而這次因為是畢業活動，為了讓孩子更有畢業的感覺，還先請孩子寫下一堆問題，<br />
答案要是本班孩子的人名、或是有關班級的事項。<br />
很有趣啊！</p>
<p>像是：我們班誰是小可愛？<br />
誰是打躲避球的送血者（一定會被打出去）？<br />
還有動作題，請向某某同學借一隻鞋子！哈哈！<br />
先找三個人一起劈腿。<br />
用腋下夾破一顆水球！哈哈～<br />
增加許多同學情義和水球活動的趣味，真是服了這些孩子，和老師一樣搞怪啊！</p>

<p>我自己很喜歡這種<span style="color: red;">動手做</span>和團隊合作的活動，<br />
尤其在<span style="color: red;">真實情境</span>中，已經有<span style="color: red;">高動機</span>，遇到的困難，<span style="color: red;">自然處罰</span>更有用。</p>
<p>更重要的是，很多孩子只會讀書，其他事物一概不懂。<br />
這一班(五年級)還曾經有孩子來問我：<span style="color: red;">老師，蓮霧要削皮吃嗎？</span><br />
因為沒有處理過啊！<br />
也曾有<span style="color: red;">媽媽要到學校來餵吃感冒藥。</span></p>
<p>我覺得家長為孩子付出很好，但有時候<span style="color: red;">「缺乏」才能讓孩子獨立。</span></p>
<p>例如進對打掃，到五年級還一竅不通。掃過的地板都是髒的、擰抹布拿太高水桶旁邊濕一片，等下要重新拖過；<br />
校外教學沒有爸媽在身邊票一下子不見，背包東西要拿都要全部拿出來，肢體協調度不佳，別說其他同學不耐煩，<br />
孩子也覺得自我價值感低落，這樣，真的對孩子好嗎？</p>
<p>仔細觀察，會動手做的孩子不是在家裡做習慣，就是程序性知識強大，會自己在腦袋中跑過一遍。<br />
反應快、臨場應變佳。<br />
更重要的是，孩子長大總有一天要單飛，爸爸媽媽有辦法照顧他一輩子嗎？</p>
<p>
材料單和器物單提出之後，這次老師就全然放生，讓孩子承擔後果。</p>
<p><span style="color: blue;">困境一：沒有帶刀子和削皮刀</span><br />
是的，咖哩組沒有帶這兩樣，因為沒有自己思考過流程。<br />
只記得要帶食材卻沒有把事情想過一遍。</p>

最後跟工友阿姨借來，過關。</p>
<p><span style="color: blue;">困境二：沒有帶洋蔥</span><br />
一再詢問時才有沒有問題，都說沒有。<br />
週六發現家裡沒有洋蔥，完全沒有求救(老師)，也沒有尋求其他同學支援。<br />
讓他承受隊友的眼光壓力。每個人都是團隊的一份子，自己的疏漏都會對造成他人的影響。</p>

油放在碗中用手拿來放在抽屜邊緣，同學經過碰撞打翻，滿室麻油香。<br />
因為很少做事，但經常打翻物品水杯等等，還是沒能形成優化程序。<br />
會做事的孩子不是像這樣帶一桶，就是放在小寶特瓶裡帶來。<br />
打翻之後互相責怪無濟於事，想：該怎麼辦？下次怎麼更好？</p>

咖哩飯組有查資料，但彼此都不清楚。<br />
所以剛開始盛水要煮馬鈴薯。<br />
放了咖哩之後又開火，所以燒焦了。</p>
<p>確實、了解，不能隨便。很好，犯過錯有學習，更深刻。</p>

<span style="color: blue;">困境五：不知道的話就隨便用</span><br />
這是檸檬雞排(後來改成檸檬豬排比較容易熟透)的醬汁，因為要勾芡。<br />
但孩子不知道要用多少地瓜粉，所以放了一大匙，變成果凍。<br />
哈哈~是說自己嘗試過錯誤印象很深，<br />
不過聽說這樣的口感孩子覺得很像果凍。<br />
紛紛把他吃完。</p>

<p>就這樣，期末活動雖然老師很忙碌，但是經過實際活動、自己犯錯後會更深刻。<br />
而且配合綜合活動中的家政，一方面讓孩子知道如何自己照顧自己，一方面讓一些很少自己做家事的孩子有機會學習，<br />
不然都快變成頭大只會寫考卷的外星人。</p>
<p>暑假將至，家長在家也不妨讓孩子負擔承擔一些家務，本來就是孩子的責任，畢竟，如果我們年老不奢求孩子照顧我們，至少也希望他們可以照顧號好自己吧？<br />
而且因為孩子有體驗，他會有<span style="color: red;">同理心</span>，甚麼「叫很久都不來吃」、「嫌媽媽煮得難吃」會更減少。<br />
要讓孩子飛，你要先放手才行。<br />
船隻雖然停在港口安全，但那不是我們製造船隻的初衷。</p>
<p>孩子的感想：沒想到做菜這麼簡單，很有成就感。雖然有點失敗，但自己煮的就是好吃。<br />
