我們班的家長回條收回來是全班家長都同意，所以我想家長是願意支持的。</div>

6. 每週出任務，任務的題目不能太多，否則學生很容易放棄。考慮學生的程度，我把學生分成AB兩組。B組的學生目標是會考達基礎，所以他們只要做「基礎」的題目；A組的目標是會考達精熟，所以他們要做「基礎」+「一般」題目。因為希望先建立學生的信心，目前沒有指定進階題目。我派的任務裡也沒有「影片」，影片讓學生根據需求自行觀看。如果加了影片任務就會變得很多，而且有些學生為了完成，就只是點進去讓他播放，根本也沒有認真看。</div>

這是我覺得最困難的地方，剛開始學生躍躍欲試，會一直想要賺能量，甚至為了賺能量去做小一的數學題目。但大概兩個禮拜之後，就會有1/3的學生停止了，均一平台甚至分析過，能量30000會是個門檻，很多學生都會在這之前暫停。<br />
目前我們班從今年五月以來，累計的總能量超過2800000，能夠持續下來，我搞了很多小動作。</div>

<span style="background-color: yellow;">1. 團體動力：</span><span style="background-color: white;">首先從「總能量」下手，先半強迫學生習慣晚上有空要上網登入均一做題目，我就設定一個目標，讓他們去達成，不時地在班級的臉書社團更新總能量數字。例如，有一次星期五晚上本來預計是挑戰40萬大關，結果到了星期日已經達到50萬，有超過一半的學生利用假日上線做指定的練習。</span></div>

<span style="background-color: yellow;">2. 物質獎勵：</span><span style="background-color: white;">因為這是額外的作業，我不想處罰沒做的學生，所以一開始還是借用了小小的「物質獎勵」。每週指派一個小節，拆成兩個小任務，週日晚上10點結算，有完成其中一個任務的就可以得到一張「冰棒券」，隨時可以兌換。其實只是一支晶晶果汁棒，但只要有學生在教室吃，就可以達到最大的「宣傳效果」，特別是體育課之後，效果更加強大！我刻意在星期一早自修進行「頒獎」，讓學生一個一個來領冰棒券，台下就會有一雙雙又期待又羨慕的眼神。</span></div>

<span style="background-color: yellow;">3. 結合資訊課：</span><span style="background-color: white;">學生如果回家沒電腦怎麼辦？那就在學校進行吧，我和資訊老師溝通，請她允許學生在做完資訊課作業之後，開放讓他們做均一。你覺得學生會上網也不會做均一，是嗎？因為有「獎勵」的關係，所以我們班會出現在資訊課全班上線的奇觀。(導師只要在辦公室就能翹腳同步監控)</span></div>

4. 個別指導、以強帶弱：一定會有這樣孩子，他不是不願意學，而是他卡關了，而且不知道要怎麼辦？透過均一的分析，只要一個按鍵就會知道有哪些學生在「掙扎」，所以我會利用午休指定一組人(一強一弱)，來辦公室裡用我的電腦讓學生做均一，學生只要來辦公室都會超認真，程度較弱的學生得到幫助，程度較好的學生也在過程中，因為要教會同學，而加深了學習的效果。</p>

<p>中間，要提供好多的鷹架。</p>
<p><span style="font-family: inherit;">班上的孩子大約分成三種，前面的孩子自己會規劃、充足學</span><wbr></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; font-family: inherit;"></span><span style="font-family: inherit;">習動機、給我的複習計畫都充滿感謝，自己超前進度複習，</span><wbr></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; font-family: inherit;"></span>不需要老師擔心，早就已經自律了。</p>
<p><span style="font-family: inherit;">中間的孩子比較有惰性，需要考試才會往前動一下，家長通</span><wbr></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; font-family: inherit;"></span><span style="font-family: inherit;">常用獎品和懲罰利誘和威脅讀書，在充滿創意的作業上都可</span><wbr></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; font-family: inherit;"></span><span style="font-family: inherit;">以看見潦草、「我有做完」的應複心態。常常問：「老師這</span><wbr></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; font-family: inherit;"></span>個會考嗎？」</p>
<p><span style="color: red;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">後面的孩子，好多沒有學習動機，上課睡覺發呆，學習對他</span><wbr></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; font-family: inherit;"></span><span style="font-family: inherit;">來說沒有意義。花了很多時間激發學習動機：自主、自我效</span><wbr></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; font-family: inherit;"></span>能、自我相關。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: inherit;">因此，孩子做的複習計畫，成績是自己訂的，老師不干涉。</span><wbr></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; font-family: inherit;"></span><span style="font-family: inherit;">進度是自己訂的，老師不過問，充滿自主。這件事情和自我</span><wbr></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; font-family: inherit;"></span><span style="font-family: inherit;">相關，是想要做的，老師也充滿對他的期許。自我效能，就</span><wbr></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; font-family: inherit;"></span>比較辛苦。</p>
<p><span style="font-family: inherit;">複習計畫的隔天，我都會問孩子有沒有複習。有複習給予口</span><wbr></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; font-family: inherit;"></span><span style="font-family: inherit;">頭獎勵，沒有複習的，我會詢問是否有困難。這時候，孩子</span><wbr></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; font-family: inherit;"></span><span style="font-family: inherit;">其實都充滿挫折，沒有達到自己對自己的要求，我也不苛責</span><wbr></wbr><span class="word_break" style="display: inline-block; font-family: inherit;"></span>，請他再把昨天的進度挪到今天或後天。</p>

<p><span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif">我的眼界開啟了，世界豐富了，眾多神人的分享，只要去參加，就可以熱情燃燒一整年、技能超前。</span></span></p>

<p><span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif">漸漸的，我發現自己接受新的教學方法越來越快。噗浪帶給我的，不只熱情、還有觀念、態度和方法。</span></span></p>

<p><span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif">也這樣，默默的，噗浪年會成為我每年必去的研習。每年七月那幾天前後，完全不能佔用。一定要空下來為了這場聚會。</span></span></p>

<p><span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif">在噗浪，我知道很多事。例如，噗浪六的時候，是我第一次知道從施信源老師口中什麼是「均一」。</span></span></p>
<p><span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif">那時候我帶三年級，孩子數學沒有太大困難，大多游刃有餘，於是，我沒有想到均一教育平台的引入。</span></span></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif">而噗浪七的時候，那時我已得知，學校已經請我接下一個很頭痛的班級。這一班，國語數學都需要補救，</span></span></p>
<p><span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif">補救的人數逼近</span></span><span>90</span><span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif">％，當時，我很慶幸，我知道均一。</span></span></p>

<p><span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif">無奈，當時候孩子的狀況沒有辦法看影片，看影片的時候，常常是發呆和放空。沒有辦法抓重點，</span></span></p>
<p><span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif">也沒有辦法藉著影片學習。於是，用過一會兒之後，我就把均一放在旁邊。轉而訓練孩子聽和說的能力。最後，依然補救測驗全數通過。</span></span></p>

<p><span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif">七月的研習，至今十一月。期間還有均一的哲緯也前來分享。我也因為這樣的契機，</span></span></p>

<p><span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif">作題目順暢多了。奇怪的是，自從使用均一，進度增進不少，且前方的孩子陸續跳躍。</span></span></p>
<p><span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif">後面低成就的孩子，也學哲緯老師讓孩子從小一的進度開始自學。每天也都在家裏自己從小一的盡可能開始練功。</span></span></p>

<p><span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif">平日回家沒有指定均一的模樣，依然有幾個孩子孜孜矻矻，每天回去練習。</span></span></p>
<p><span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif">其實，班上有一個孩子之前數學並不出色，但後來突飛猛進。偶然間我發現這孩子的均一，</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#FF0000"><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif">雖然我去年第一次只有簡單介紹，但她卻勤奮灌溉，時時耕耘。到現在，花結成果。</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#FF0000"><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif">過去我沒有持續在班上推廣均一的時候，她默默的把許多技能補足，造就現在數學學業在班上是第一名。</span></span></p>

<p><span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif">這篇文章，其實還沒有結束。目前雖然看見孩子的學習動機啟發，對於數學的理解也因為均一而有長足的進步。</span></span></p>
